Conditions
- Our rates are charged per apartment (Type A and A+ for 4 persons, Type B, B+ und C for 2 persons) and per day for the specified persons and for a minimum stay of 7 days. In addition, a community residence tax of € 3.00 (from 14 years of age) is charged per person and per day.
- Children in their parents' bedroom from 0 to 1 year free of charge, children from 1 to 3 years 50%.
- Mandatory final cleaning: apartment 65m²/70m² € 60.00, apartment 45m²/50m² € 40.00, apartment 26m² € 30.00.
- When you book we ask you for a deposit of 30%, payable by bank transfer (Cassa Rurale Alta Pusteria - IBAN: IT97M0802058790000301043412 SWIFT-BIC: RZSBIT21009 Cause: Angeld/Caparra).
- The booked apartments are available from 4 p.m. of the day of arrival, and on the day of departure we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9 a.m.
- Pets on request.
- Our house is a non-smoking residence.

Cancellation: A “cancellation” is irritating for all parties involved. But things happen and therefore we suggest travel cancellation insurance. We recommend the European Travel HGV Cancellation Protection Insurance („HGV-Stornoschutz der Europäischen Reiseversicherung“).
Cancellation policy: Up to 50 days before your expected arrival, cancellations or modifications are free of charge. Up to 49 days till 30 days before we will take the deposit/prepayment. Up to 30 days before your expected arrival we will charge 100% for the whole amount. Generally, we try to be understanding with regard to cancellations, but general EU standards are applied in cancellations of apartment reservations. 100% of total package price will be charged on premature departure, belated arrival or no-show. We recommend you to take the travel cancellation insurance "HGV Cancellation protection", on request we'll send you some info (you also can find the link on your website).
